Welcome to Well Mind Ways. I’m Susan Skinner, a National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach, specializing in brain health (dementia prevention), meditation with mindful movement, and physical activity for adults 50+.

If you’ve experienced brain fog, memory lapses, and you just don’t feel as “sharp” as you used to, I’d like to help you regain your brain. Together, we will explore the best path for you to achieve goals related to healthy cognitive function, optimal physical performance, and clear mental focus.

  • Work directly with the client’s practitioner when appropriate
  • Celebrate successes and encourage progress

I offer 1:1 coaching sessions, small group health coaching, moving meditation, and Qigong classes online via Zoom. 

Eight 45-minute sessions with unlimited email support. Sessions must be completed within eight months of purchase.

Qigong is a gentle, easy-to-follow moving meditation. Practice the movements to develop strength, flexibility and balance. Take class once per week or twice per week and notice increased energy, enhanced well-being and a calm mind. Class meets Mondays at 11:15 am & Thursdays at 1:00 pm.
