Moving Meditation
Class meets weekly, on Wednesday for 17 weeks.




Class consists of slow, rhythmic, range of motion, physical movements coordinated with the breath. Moving mindfully is all about presence, awareness, acceptance & curiosity. We move slowly with intention and notice physical sensations within the body as well as what's happening around us.  Guided meditation, silent meditation or sound meditation follows each movement sequence. All meditations and movements can be performed in a chair.
