Qigong is a gentle, easy-to-follow moving meditation. Practice the movements to develop strength, flexibility and balance. Take class once per week or twice per week and notice increased energy, enhanced well-being and a calm mind. Class meets Mondays at 11:15 am & Thursdays at 1:00 pm.
