2) 10/7 - 12/16 Thursdays, 10 am - 12 pm (No class on Thanksgiving)
Class meets weekly for 10-weeks. Includes 1:1 sessions with a dietitian, fitness coach, geriatric pharmacist and health & wellness coach.
