Self-care IS Health-care. Self-care is finding out what you value and need in your everyday life. It extends beyond your basic physical needs -- to include your psychological, emotional, spiritual, and social needs.
In this small health coaching group, (limit 8 people), explore what self-care looks like for you. Tune into your senses, breathing, thoughts, and emotions. We'll use experiential exercises focused on listening, observing, and paying attention to what's needed now, in your life.
